RULES OF THIS SECTION:

1. only appeal against UNFAIR infractions
2. no swearing
3. no spamming
4. if you break these rules you will get banned and 2 infraction points that will not be appealable.
also if you gain noob status which you need 3 infraction points for you will not be able to become a staff member.
